How far in advance do I need to reserve my event date?

The sooner the better!  However, sometimes we can work in a last-minute event.  Just fill out the contact us form and we will get back to you to let you know if possible.

How do I book an event?

Pick a Package/Theme- Browse our package and theme options.  Then click “Book A Party” or “Contact Us” on website to fill out form.  Someone will return your inquiry in 24-48 hours.
 Consult- A brief phone consultation will take place to get the specifics of your event in order to make your day as memorable as possible for you and your guest!
 Deposit- A contract and invoice will be emailed to you.  Once a signed copy of the contract along with your $100 deposit are received you will get email confirmation.  Your event is then booked!  Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event.

How much room do I need for a Teepee Sleepover or Picnic?

Each Sleepover Teepee set up needs approximately a 4'x 7'space.  The large lace teepee set ups need approximately a 7’x7’ space.  A picnic 6 needs approximately a 5’x 7-10’space depending on amount of people.

How much time does it take to set-up and take-down the teepee parties?

Usually 4 or less teepee package should take less than an hour.  More than 4 can take from 1 hour to 1.5 or a little more depending on how many teepees in package.  I recommend having someone help you- the birthday child is usually thrilled to help!   Take down times are a breeze- about 1/2 hour.  *time really depends on each individual

Can we have our event outside?

Picnics can take place outside.  An alternative plan in case of inclement weather should be decided to protect equipment.  All teepee sleepovers must be indoors.  This is due to both safety and wear and tear of equipment.

Question 6

What age are sleepovers best for?

Accepted Answer

We cater to any age and embrace any of life’s celebrations!  Typically, we see from experience that children are ready for a sleepover around 6 years of age.  We use a single size air mattress, many adults find our accommodations quite cozy! 
 
 We recommend our “sleepunders” for younger children who are not quite ready for an overnight experience.  This is usually a time frame before bedtime where pj’s are worn with games, treats, and movies and picked up after.   Also, a good option for an adult celebration, like a tv premiere watching party or girls’ night!!!
